I offer a tailored training program designed for your improvement. This includes intensive training on basketball fundamentals, motor skills development, performance analysis, and monthly performance tests.

Indoor Training

Weekly sessions are held at indoor basketball courts in your area. Additional fees may apply.

Outdoor Training

Weekly sessions are conducted at outdoor basketball courts in your area, typically with no extra costs

Strength Training

Our workouts focus on building muscle, losing fat, enhancing endurance, developing speed, strengthening the core, and improving posture alignment.

Nutrition Guidance

Receive daily check-ins, nutrition advice, and unlimited on-demand support to help you achieve lasting improvements in your diet.

Group Training

For group training, a minimum of 2 participants is required. The workouts are similar to personal training and include basketball tactics. We will enhance your tactical skills and basketball vision through 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and larger team games, allowing us to observe the impact of your improved skills on defence.

A specialised training program tailored to your personal development. This includes intensive training on basketball fundamentals, motor skills development, performance analysis, and monthly performance tests.

Sports Camp

Our sports camps are located in the UK, Europe, the USA, and Turkey. This intensive group training program focuses on basketball, including strength, endurance, and motor skills training. Additionally, you will develop personal care responsibilities, boost self-confidence, form great friendships, and engage in cultural activities
